I have been trying to stick to my taper and best a I can. I think I am doing a decent job at it. I have done two one hour workouts and easy 1/2 hour run so far. Tonight I am going to do Nahant. I plan on letting the engine go almost full tilt. I want one last maximum effort before I finish up this taper and race LP. Man, in 10 days I will be toeing the line for the most grueling endurance event in the world! I'll take it!
