12/4/10 WOD

still have a cold and will be taking the next couple days to get better.

Today I performed "CINDY" 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats AMRAP for 20 minutes.
I performed 27 rounds in 20 min.

I beat my last number by 3 rounds.

happy birthday to my big brother good luck at the jolly jaunt!
